Patsy took incredible care while threading my eyebrows and it was much less painful than other threading experiences Ive had. She made sure i was happy with the shape and how many of the hairs she removed.

I first came here years ago if that doesn’t speak for itself :) this time Patsy very carefully removed some lashes that were applied elsewhere (a poor last minute decision out of London on my part) and were hurting me. Patsy was careful and looked after my lash health!
