I had a gel manicure before a trip to Canada for a wedding. I had been to the salon before for a gel pedicure, which was a lovely experience, so I was really looking forward to my manicure.
Unfortunately, during the appointment my therapist accidentally nipped my cuticles three times, causing them to bleed. Afterwards they felt very sore and looked quite damaged. I understand that accidents can happen, but being nipped three times in one treatment felt excessive and left me quite disappointed.

One star off this time because I felt the lady could have been more thorough in removing the hard skin. Usually they use the proper scraper etc but this time just a file and scrub.
