I was charged £18 for what is listed as a £16 eyebrow threading service stating my eyebrows being slightly longer. The threading took about 5 minutes (10 minutes is stated). I’ve never heard of or encountered an extra charge for this, here or at other London salons. No additional costs were mentioned beforehand. Additionally, no post-threading care was provided on either visit; I had to ask for cream despite instant redness. I really like Anna’s work, but this felt unexpected and disappointing.

I had a pedicure at L’Spa Nails for the first time after moving to the area, and I was really impressed. Prices are very reasonable and competitive for the quality. The team was polite, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. The salon is clean, busy (a good sign!), and they take their time — expect over an hour for a normal polish pedicure. One nail got smudged at the end, and they immediately fixed it perfectly. Really happy and will definitely be back!
