Make sure you read the reviews of this place. I wish I had before booking a last minute shellac pedicure! • Pictures nothing like reality • Massage chairs had cables coming out and were inoperable • Grated the top back of my big toe where there was only soft skin and caused it to bleed. The attachment they used was way too big and harsh for such a job • Cut my skin on my other big toe and when I asked her to stop she said she had to, no apology

Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment but was made to feel like I was being squeezed in. The treatment was rushed, painful at times, and far from relaxing. My heels were scrubbed for seconds and when I asked for more, I was laughed at and told “no”.
I was in and out within 45 minutes, inc. shellac removal and drying time. The massage chair wasn’t on + there was an extra charge for OPI polish. The focus seems to be on speed over quality and customer experience.

I did not ask for a full pedicure I had pre paid for a toe nail paint when I arrived the staff were unsure of what treatment I was doing and insisted on giving me a full pedicure and charge and extra £38. They are scammers and do extra services without asking then expect you to pay extra. Very disappointing behaviour I will not visit again

I will never use this salon again. I pre paid for my nails the lady tried to charged me an extra £38 stating the polish she used was more expensive even though I didn’t ask for it. She was very rude and obnoxious screaming and shouting in front of customers
