The worst experience I have ever had at a salon, I left with hot roots and a wonky bob. Not what you expect when you’re paying for it. I was refused a refund too so I definitely would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional result. I’ve since had to pay to have my hair recoloured and extensions fitted to hide the cut. I’d especially avoid if you’re looking for a colour change.
