Didn’t have lien ,had another lady ,felt really relaxed during my pedicure and manicure ,normally they are so busy as they take walk ins but today I felt like the attention was on me only .

My appointment was at 5:30 , I got to the venue at 5:15 and I didn’t get seen until 5:50. This is far too long to have to wait. I was not happy at all and a lot of other people were walking out. There is clearly an issue with double booking. The nails were great as always but the wait was a let down
