Sad. My fingernails look like round duck feet. Nail tech and I realised before beginning nails that what I paid for was not what I wanted. Was not given the option to change. Rough and rushed job. My fingers are sore from where the acrylic cured to my skin. I let them know I didn’t like them so I was given two “reward” stamps instead of one…I still need three visits to receive a 20% discount.

Absolutely shocking service Running 30mins late, no apologies 4 different people did my nails - one of them drilled 4 cuticles till they bleed then poored alcohol over them no apologies then moved on to the next person who did the very same thing it’s took 10 days to heal would never go back
