They do great manicures, but they do NOT respect appointment times. I waited over 45 minutes from my booked appointment to start. Been coming here for years but going to switch now as they have prioritise getting every single appointment versus appointment times. Really disappointing.

It is very clean. It’s very busy, no-one seems to be turned away. You do get different people working on your nails, I had 4 during my last visit, so you don’t get to know the people working there. Sometimes the use of the heavy nail file can be quite painful and on one occasion my finger bled. It could be that my nails go deep into my finger. They do, do a nice job though.
