My daughter wasn’t seen for an hour after her appointment. No communication on the delay. One friend left after hour and half waiting. Another friend waited 2 hours for her nails to be started.
They watched adults come in and be seated straight away.
I will not be letting my daughter book here again.
An end of year treat with her friends ended up them experiencing it alone and leaving at different times.

We were made to wait nearly three hours for our appointment. Walk-ins were given priority over us even though we had booked appointments and the painting on my nails was chipped and left with ridges. I will not be returning.
