Can’t post photo unfortunately but had SNS today & I love the colour but they was in such a rush I have SNS powder all stuck around the actual skin around the nail are & top of the fingers. Looks so messy, understand they was busy but they will lose customers this way. Pay more attention.

Awful service. Numerous appointments booked and never kept. Try to go around work commitments but left sitting for over 30minutes normally. No point in making an appointment all walk-ins get priority. Have a different person do your nails half way through too!

The appointments are never considered and I always have to wait a long while. I keep going back as I like everything else but the timings are bad - they seem to never turn work away so an appointment is pointless.
