Unfortunately when it’s busy there doesn’t seem to be much point in booking. They allow walk-ins but that means they can’t honour appointments on time, so people end up waiting. I waited for 25 minutes and wasn’t the only one - could see other frustrated customers that had booked but had to wait. The actual services are brilliant but this is what is starting to let the salon down - such a shame so I do hope they’ll fix this. Gel nails amazing as always.

Had appointment booked at 11.25am. Waited 40 minutes and had still not been seen. Clearly accepted walk ins that were then seen before people with appointments. I left and went elsewhere.
