The appointments are never considered and I always have to wait a long while. I keep going back as I like everything else but the timings are bad - they seem to never turn work away so an appointment is pointless.

Booked appointment for acrylic nails & quoted £25 . Opted to pay at salon. When I was finished I was told to pay £38 for gel finish although this hadn't been made clear when I booked. I arrived & was just gestured to find somewhere to sit. Appointment started late & I was left halfway through whilst nail tech attended someone else. Lady next to me had foil wraps left on for 40 minutes so started removing herself. Noticed equipment not very clean. Wouldn't return. Felt awkward and rushed .
