One of the technicians explained their powder color availability poorly so I ended choosing a color that I wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. Not only did the pedicure technician completely cut off my large toe nail to the quick (I have photos from today), it drew blood. The shaping of my toenails was astonishingly poor. While I was there, another woman came in demanding a refund because she developed an infection because of a nail job here. Will never return.

The shop is really clean and lots of Covid measurements in place. You feel really safe! I am really happy with my manicure and pedicure, one of the best I got here in London! the staff was super nice.
