I am very pleased with my nails but the overall experience wasn’t great - my therapist changed midway through the appointment with no explanation, and the staff were chatting to each other throughout their appointments rather than interacting with the customers.

As per the treatment there should’ve. Been a parafin treatment that wasn’t given and a better service would’ve been provided
