Not satisfied at all. I understand that shops are doing the best they can to recover post pandemic but that should not mean that it’s okay if they overbook. I went ten minutes late for my appointment and still the previous person was not done yet. On top of that there were two ladies who walked in and although there were no free technicians available , they accepted both of them. Result? Technician rushing to finish me off. At the same time , I paid for a deluxe manicure which I am pretty sure was not even close to the word “deluxe”. The removal of the shellac was not done properly because my nails felt super dry and bad handled afterwards. I literally went straight to boots and bought a gel nail repair polish with vitamins to help my nails recover
