Terrible! I pre paid £32 for SNS extensions while the gentleman told me he can’t do the SNS as this works best on natural nails. Long story short he did acrylics and I was told to pay £4 more even though the acrylics on their price list are £30, not to mention Treatwell price being listed as £24. I will be making an official complain to Treatwell at this point. If I had known I was going to have acrylics for £36 my choice would definitely be a bit more reputable salon.
