It wasn’t with Helen. It was with a young man who was rude, in a bad mood and just zero customer service. I had asked him for suggestions of colour and he said ‘I don’t have any suggestions.’ Terrible service. My nails look good, but what’s the point if you have a bad environment and service. I’d actually like a refund from Treatwell
