Quick, painless and thorough. By far the best wax I have had in London in 10 years, I live in Barking but will travel here every time, it is worth it! Would 10000% recommend!

My first time at the venue and it was super packed and incredibly chaotic. Communication wasn’t great due to language barrier and general chaos. They didn’t know about the service I was asking for (biab) and they kept giving me gel colours to choose from even though I wasn’t doing a gel service. They set up for a simultaneous mani pedi but didn’t do them so they ended up making me late for another appointment. It was a rush job at the end as well.

My nails are already peeling off just after 24 hours. Not at all worth the money I paid which is disappointing as I usually go here and they are done well.
