Literally the worst facial I’ve ever had.
We’re not clear about the service I paid for. Did a different service that I didn’t ask for. Tried to upsell me a service and declined proceeded to do that service. Weren’t clear about which products there using when I asked as they were cheap non professional products. I asked to stop got defensive and insisted we carry on. I wasn’t comfortable with carrying on the service. Will NOT clean your face properly and when using cleaners / masks etc
