overall good/happy with result, and great price. we started with the hairwash on time but went about 10 minutes over. salon is in the basement of the nail studio, so it felt a bit crammed. I subtly asked for some thinning and was told off that my hair just gets a triangle shape because it's dry. FYI: Doesn't have a machine for undercuts.
