I had such a lovely experience. She really listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly the way I asked. She also gave me great advice about what style would suit my hair best. She was so patient throughout the appointment and made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling like a princess! I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend her.

This was our first visit to Kross Kuts, booked short notice through the app. My daughter is 6 years old & usually quiet but Alicia was fantastic with her & well she didn't stop chatting!! This salon is friendly & welcoming. Would definitely recommend
