Cara is a pleasant,friendly, reassuring person. She makes you feel like a million dollars when you leave the salon. Her ability to listen and cut your hair in the style you want is absolutely fabulous. She's so attentive to you will you are there. Kross Kuts is a warm,friendly welcoming salon from all the staff that work there. I won't be going anywhere else for my haircut.
