I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for around 10 years and have never had a more painful experience than this - they also didn't listen to what I wanted in terms of shape and have left with them much much thinner than I asked for/ wanted

They didn't ask how I'd like them shaped..they did them to thin & for the past 3 weeks I've had to pencil them in and yet they still had the nerve to charge me.

The therapists talk amongst themselves A LOT in their own language. Occasionally words are recognised that indicates they are in fact discussing a client- this happens each time I am in the salon
They are all very friendly and the treatments are all very good but this talking I find quite disrespectful, and rude. And frankly it does put me off returning
