I have never experienced such a painful wax, and I have been waxing since I was 18!! I never expect it to be a comfortable experience, but this pain was unbearable at times and has left me bruised. The towel I had on was also placed back under the bed (where I'd picked it up from) which suggests they're using the same one for different clients which is very unhygienic given the nature of the treatment I was receiving!
