I always come to Kokos as the staff is incredibly polite and my nails are always done to the best standard and exactly how i wanted them.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Treatments are good so I remain a regular. But therapists all seem depressed. Don't make eye contact, don't smile. They chat with each other & check their phones whilst treating clients, customer service training is required
Gel Nails Manicure
Was my first visit and as the SNS selection was very limited I ended up having gels. Colour selection also quite limited tbh. They were done quite badly, there was a bubble in my nail I noticed after leaving and the next day they had already chipped which for OPI polishes (?) is shocking. They also didn’t clean the station between visits which was quite off putting and meant my clothes were dirty from leaning.
