Shaped my nails really well. They don't clean your cuticles, just shape the tip of the nails. The shellac coating is done pretty well, no uneven parts/bumps on the nails. The work was done quite quickly & efficiently. The only issue is that they charged me £10 more just because the removal of my previous gel polish took 4 extra minutes. The procedure was supposed to last 30 minutes, it lasted 34 minutes and instead of £2 they charged me £10 for removal, which I think it's a rip off/unjustified.

I called asking for a pedicure the next day (really last minute) and they accommodated me! Had a lovely pedicure and they also squeezed me in for a manicure. Everything was clean and calming atmosphere. Would definitely go back and very affordable prices. Very happy with my treatments
