Not the best manicure or pedicure I’ve had. Technician cut my toe cuticle during my pedicure which is quite sore and my biab extensions are just fine, definitely not perfect. I used to go to koko regularly for years, and this was my first visit in about a year. Unsure if they have new proprietors as I didn’t recognise any of the therapists.

Staff didn’t seem to check when bookings came in and seemed to be waiting a while even though I’d booked. Nails were done to a high standard though!
