Good, always liked it there, but feel products used for manicure not as good quality, eg water not cuticle oil for cuticles.

Appt was nearly 30min late without explanation/apology, understand things can be delayed but a headsup would have been appreciated as I would have left and come back. A nail chipped on the same day! Not the few weeks I normally get out of BIAB :(
