When I entered the salon, I was greeted by a “yes” from one of the technicians after a couple of minutes- which I found very rude and unwelcoming.
I had asked for natural eyebrow tint, as I have blonde hair, but to my surprise, my eyebrows are now black.
Also, both of them are uneven and one has more tinting than the other, and they look awful.
I was overcharged, as it says different prices on Treatwell.
And when I had finished my tinting the technician told me to get up very rudely.
After I left the salon I was embarrassed to walk around as my eyebrows were very uneven and black, I wanted to say something at the salon but I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted.
