I was booked for the services with the manager but one of the staff attended to me instead and the manager was there attending to other people. I was disappointed as I didn’t get an explanation as I thought the person who attended to me wasn’t very good. The party lashes was just okay.....

When I first walked in there was nobody in there just the lady who was sitting down on her phone she looked up and me and went “yes” In a very rude tone which made me feel very unwelcome
And uncomfortable. She started by doing the threading, this was much more painful than before, she missed half of my brow hair and then when it came to tinting she asked me what colour I said a very natural colour so it would match my blonde hair.my eyebrows were black at the end which did not look good at all. My whole experience was so uncomfortable and I will definitely not be returning.
