Massage therapist was very professional and good, however the pressure was no where near firm enough form me. I did mention at the beginning of the massage that I like a firm pressure, but it was more of a soft relaxing massage not a firm and slightly painful one to get out of the knots, which is what I needed. Great value for money considering it was only £20, but don't be afraid to use a few elbows and hard thumbs next time :)

Massage was kind of relaxing but considering it is normally £35 I didn't think it was great value for money. Massage was quite weak and though it was full body she didn't really relax any of the knots or muscle ache so I left as sore as I had been, but sleepier!

I had a simple haircut here. My appointment started 15 minutes late with no apology. The staff were quite friendly but spoke very little English so it was very difficult to explain what I wanted. The hairdresser tried her best though and kept checking with me using gestures, which I appreciated. I got the best blow dry I've ever had, and my hair is tricky to blow dry! My hair was also conditioned and pretreated before the blow dry which not all hairdressers do as part of the service these days.
I think if you speak Romanian (I think that was the language of staff) you'd have a much better experience.
