Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. My appointment was cancelled 4h before my visit, leaving me without any chance of getting appointment anywhere else.

Not much I can say, I arrived and was told the hairdresser wasn’t going to be there that day, they didn’t cancel the appointment beforehand so I was already there, so not a great experience this time unfortunately.
