It is quite unwelcoming when you arrive as they don’t speak English very well. Also, they didn’t seem to be ready for any upcoming appointments and I had to do a different type of wax than the one I booked as they didn’t have the staff member available. In the end it worked out ok as the waxing was done and the lady that did it was friendly enough, but I would say that the customer service is off putting.

I arrived on time and they didn’t bother to update their timings for instore bookings and treatwell bookings. my appointment was supposed to be at 11am, but was told to come back for 2pm??? because they already had someone booked in. unprofessional.
