I arrived on time and they didn’t bother to update their timings for instore bookings and treatwell bookings. my appointment was supposed to be at 11am, but was told to come back for 2pm??? because they already had someone booked in. unprofessional.

Experienced really less pain. I mean some pain is to be expected with waxing but it was a much better experience then average honestly

Very friendly, accommodating staff. My therapist was friendly and efficient. Wasn’t the least painful wax I’ve had but overall very good.
