Gemma knew exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t! My blonde balayage was so well done, very happy with the results. Gem had a lot of DYI to work around with my hair and was an expert. Cut was wonderful haven’t had such a great cut in a long time Gemma knows what will suit and I can see why she is famous for her blow drys they are unreal! Thank you Gem
