I badly needed a good haircut, hadnt been for a long time. Am elderly and disabled. lovely big open plan Salon. Able to use my walking aid. Gem was an absolute delight, she listened when i explained what I wanted my haircut to be like. She was an experienced Stylist. was kind and caring to me, we talked, laughed, I was absolutely thrilled when she had finished after blow dry. She made me feel good about myself. I will be going back again ,can highly recommend to others. Thank you dear Gem. Annxx
