Lovely lady and my wax was pain-free, quick and very professionally done. Would recommend.

She was lovely! But other than that, I got charged for a hot wax underarms and received roller and the Hollywood was ok, but you don't expect to come home and have to pluck both underarm and bikini line hairs. She knew was she was talking about but it wasn't exactly a lovely atmosphere and having talked about professionalism I was shocked to see her using the same spatula for the entire wax and blowing on the wax (which she told me was a sign of using fake wax). Frustratingly she was lovely and I didn't feel uncomfortable but I am disappointed when paying for a Hollywood to having long and easily visible hairs still there.
