I booked online for a “LUXURY manicure and pedicure”. This is twice as much as the regular. I was very disappointed that it was no different than the regular. My assessment was based on other clients coming in, asking for the regular, and spending the same time in there as me. I did not appreciate being charged the extra money without any extra services. It is very unethical practices. I will not return. The results were lovely, but I do not reward people who steal my money.
