First Time Hopi Ear Candle session:
Kiki is very friendly & very helpful.
However, there was no relaxing Ambience, there was continuous conversation. I dont want to talk about work or anything when receiving a 'relaxing' treatment.
No paper plate was used to protect the area.
I have since seen an experiment with these candles through a paper plate in an empty glass which shows the 'wax' collected inside the candle is in fact just debris from the candle itself but the sensation felt nice.

so so disappointed!! I'd booked in for full face waxing and paid £27, only be told it's strip waxing and that hot wax would be £40!! which is the same as a salon charging in Oxford Street! it was SO harsh against my skin - left with blotchy skin!!
