This was my first ever lash treatment so I was quite nervous, but Kiki listened to me and correctly steered me towards a classic set of lashes based on photos I showed her. They look natural but full, and I’ve had loads of compliments on them already 😊

Kiki was very friendly and the place is nice enough. However, what was meant to be a 45 min manicure was a very quick file and polish and the end result was rather disappointing to me.
