Kiki didn’t even finish to color my hair and then rain off to take care of another costumer. One side looks different than the other. She charged me an extra 25£ for a toner that was essential for a Balayage but was not mentioned on the Website. She told me a blow dry would be an extra 20£ even thought I already payed a 100£ for the service.
