I’ve had my hair done by kiki before and was great then and is amazing now! she always carries a lovely aura and vibe, i asked for her to cut the split ends without it being noticeable (like a invisible haircut🤣) and she did exactly as i asked. will definitely be back! very clean salon, beautiful displays and always good energy.

Kiki was super friendly. I didn’t want too much taking off my hair, it just needed a tidy up to keep it healthy. She made sure to take the right amount off, and checked with me before starting. Salon was really lovely. Thank you!

The salon had clearly overbooked and couldn't handle all the appointments. By the time they got round to me (3 hours after my original time) , my hair wasn't cut by the hairdresser I had requested,it felt like there wasn't time to talk it through, and myhair had dried already from the wash approx 1hour earlier. I understand that these situations can happen, but they probably should have offered some sort of refund considering that my Friday evening plans were completely ruined by their delays.
