Kiki is really lovely but I ended up having a bad experience. She must have double booked as she always had 2 people in the chair at once and it took over 4hr to do my hair. Because she’s been doing it in between others, I ended up with dye left in far too long and now have bleach streaks I def didn’t want. I messaged after saying I wasn’t happy and she was really apologetic and agreed to correct it. But then she changed the time and place of the appointments with less than 2hrs.
