Chopped my hair off when I only asked for a tiny trim and Ive been trying to grow my hair for more than 5 years! She just went at it and had cut 15 cm off before I could stop her. One of those experiences where you leave the salon crying.
She was 40 mins late, the salon is a bit dirty and the hair wash was uncomfortable (got very wet in the face and clothes and it was a scalp scratch not so much a massage). But wouldnt have cared about all of that as long as I got the haircut i wanted

The person told me to reschedule the appointment as the salon had a leak I tried to call to reschedule but she didn’t answer or reply back to the messages

Hairdresser nice and cut fine but:
Salon dirty, hair but also dusty floor.
She dropped the comb and just wiped it on her top. Then she kept holding it in her mouth in between uses.
She kept stroking my 9yr old's face and 'booping' his nose, not just to brush hair away, made him uncomfortable.
The music had lots of swearing, she could have changed it given the only client was a kid.
There was a mix up with clients/timing, maybe Treatwell's fault.
No hair wash.
Feel I need to feed back, sorry.
