I don't feel good about leaving a negative review but it wasn't a good experience. The hairdresser wasn't there when we arrived. We were greeted by a woman- possibly the beautician?- who said she wouldn't be long. I assumed she was in the back room but after a while it became evident she wasn't on the premises.We sat and waited wondering how long she'd be. Meanwhile the lady who greeted us plugged in hairstraighteners. When she did there was a flash from the socket and the electricity went off. She, nonplussed, went into the back, flipped the tripped switch and smiled. At that point I decided not to continue with the scheduled appointment. The floor was filthy and there was still no sign of the hairdresser.i didn't want to award any stars but the computer wouldn't allow that!

Despite booking a week in advance I wasn't told until last minute that this salon didn't have a beautician that could do my nails. And the owner didn't even get in contact to tell me this she just passed on my details to someone else and I got less than an hours notice of the change of time and location and the other place did not give me the service given in the description so maybe stop offering a service you don't provide.
