Kiki always does an excellent job on my hair and today was no exception. Kiki is down to earth and will always ask to make sure she is doing your hair exactly how you want it. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Having my hair sorted by Kiki was a pleasure, she was honest and gave me a number of options to improve the colour and style of my hair. She is extremely knowledgable but more importantly, she was super approachable and easy to talk to. I have recommended her to a number of my friends already

After trying to resolve my issues with the “hair dresser” and her refusing to offer refund/ fix my hair I feel it’s only fair to warn other people of my experience. And so here is the low down on my experience: I entered the shop approx 5pm and did not leave until approx 10/11pm which is insane to begin with as I book in for balayage and a trim! Whilst waiting Kiki had to lock the door to the salon as “not rights” were wondering in: not surprising due to the time of night! The salon had dust everywhere and looked horrendous, I arrived and there was pen written on the door saying to ring Kiki if she was not there which she wasn’t! She arrived 10 mins later. I showed Kiki a photo of the hair I wanted which was very subtle light brown flexs of balayage. Kiki immediately put a massive amount of bleach on my hair (which is nearly black) and left the bleach on for over 2 Hours on half of my hair hair! Turning it orange ginger, she then put a mild toner in (charging me more for the toner and bleach!) and my hair was still ginger she commented something like “don’t dye it brown if people say a throng just leave it it will eventually mix in and look ok” leaving the salon you couldn’t really see how bad it was as the dark covered the ginger because of how she style it. I got home and went to bed because it was so late! I washed it the next day and realised just how had it was in proper light! I was devastated and ever since big chunks of my hair have been falling out from the damage of the bleach as it was in too long! I went to a proper salon who are working on getting it sorted for me obviously I did not return to Kiki. I contacted Kiki to ask for a refund after getting it sorted (it cost me hundreds to get it sorted and I only asked for a refund!) Kiki was very Unprofessional on the phone and has declined a refund saying I left it too long.. I left it a few weeks as I was going to a professional-salon to have it fixed and was debating going through a solicitor to get the whole amount claimed as it was that bad. Please do not trust your hair with this salon. I am happy to provide evidence including photos of my hair and receipts off other salons (already provided to Kiki)
