Worst waxing experience ever. Brutal, not even sure what they were doing to cause so much pain, never had a bad experience like this before. I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service and poor treatments

They changed the stylist i booked without informing me. Halen who did my lashes was on the phone chatting while doing my lashes. It's very unpleasant when someone is that close to your face but talking the whole time. It's very unprofessional

In 15 year I never had such a bad experience! Rubi was unfriendly and untalkative. The waxing was so bad that my skin was inflamed,damaged and sore, hair already growing and it's been 2 weeks. no reply or apology from Kiana. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The wax lady was really nice. She made me feel so comfortable which made the wax feel less painful somehow. Overall really friendly ladies at Kiana’s beauty clinic
