Really very disappointed with the blow dry. Paid £40 for a bouncy curly blow wave and spent an hour in the chair without my hair having a single curl in it; they complained my hair was knotty but this is no excuse - just brush it! I left frustrated

Worst waxing experience ever. Brutal, not even sure what they were doing to cause so much pain, never had a bad experience like this before. I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service and poor treatments
