The staff were friendly, and I was offered water as I waited.
As far as the massage, I was denied deep tissue pressure, quoting “should have booked a male therapist if you wanted it stronger. A fan was brought in without asking if I’m cold or not, therapist sneezing, so the fan was blowing it all over the room, the therapist I chose was swapped without me being informed before hand, and the technique was very repetitive which was the main downside.
