I went for a hair wash, cut and blow dry and it was very neatly and cut beautifully. The blow dry usually is too curly but this time it was perfect. Only thing I’d add is to do add volume mousse before blow drying as hair is flat after the blow dry

I was denied service when I reached. And they have not yet refunded me the amount and also the staff members were very rude.
