Linzi who did my nails was delightful as was Kirsty who did my pedicure. The atmosphere changed for everyone when the boss arrived and a phone call to a customer had been perceived to go wrong, she proceeded to give the girls a severe dressing down in front of me. Highly unprofessional in front of a customer but well done to the girls who kept a smile and calmly carried on with the job in hand. Sadly perhaps they are used to it! Would go back to support the girls as they are good!
