The girls were lovely and made me feel welcome however the girl doing my fails was cutting my cuticle and cut my skin away gushing blood , she then put alcohol on it which burned and now I have an infected finger , Mu nails were squint and by the time they were so wi just wanted to leave to ice my hand . Very nice staff very poor treatment .

Nice salon, friendly beautician and lashes looked lovely when I left but now, only one week later, they're basically all gone :( maybe it was just bad luck.. but a bit dissapointed

Lovely massage. Very relaxing and really was a good relief for tense back muscles. Also very good for nearby parking in morrisons car park where you can park for three hours free of charge. Will definitely visit Kerenza again.
